Cosmo Darts Fit Flight FixI ULTRA HARD Compound Standard
The Cosmo Darts Fit Flight FixI ULTRA HARD Compound Standard combines the flight and shaft in a single piece. The smooth, seamless transition is designed to reduce snagging when darts come into contact. The classic Standard flight shape comes in four lengths so you can choose the size that suits your setup.
Flight thickness between Fit Flight and Fit Flight AIR
The FixI flight wings are thinner than those of the regular Fit Flight and thicker than those of the Fit Flight AIR.
Lightweight and designed to handle dart contact
Cosmo uses its durable ULTRA HARD Compound for the FixI. The system is designed to withstand contact when darts group tightly and impacts from bounce-outs. At 1.47 g per dart, the FixI Standard #5 is 0.39 g lighter than the Fit Shaft GEAR Normal #5 paired with a Fit Flight Standard.
Length and weight comparison for Standard and Shape
| Size and GEAR reference length | FixI overall length | Weight per piece |
|---|---|---|
| #2 (18.0 mm) | 60.5 mm | Standard 1.30 g Shape 1.27 g |
| #3 (24.0 mm) | 66.5 mm | Standard 1.41 g Shape 1.33 g |
| #4 (28.5 mm) | 71.0 mm | Standard 1.46 g Shape 1.41 g |
| #5 (31.0 mm) | 73.5 mm | Standard 1.47 g Shape 1.43 g |
Overall length excludes the thread, while the weight includes it. The flight wing measures 40.0 mm in both shapes and all four sizes. The Fit Shaft GEAR lengths are provided as a guide to help you choose your size.
FixI Standard #5 tested on the board
Thorben played with the clear #5 version for around three and a half weeks. In a side-by-side comparison with Target K-Flex, he noticed that the FixI flight wings were thinner and found the FixI more flexible.
